Updates...

I thought I would take a min. to update everyone on our life for the past few months. Most everyone knows that we had a crazy couple of months since Kailey's birthday. In November we found out that we were chosen by a birth mom living in california. We met her and began building a relationship with her and were excited that she would be placing her unborn son with our family. The crazy preparation began. We had about a month to get ready to have another baby, including painting a nursery, buying supplies, etc. A few days before the Birth Mom's due date we drove to Ca. to be with her so that we could drive her to the hospital and spend a little time with her before the baby was born. Her due date came and went and we waited while she scheduled an induction date. To make a hard story easier to tell we left California without a child but instead broken hearts as the birth mom we so loved and were so grateful to decided to keep her baby. So here we are with out a child but we are now in good spirits and hope get another chance to have a baby soon. If anyone knows anyone who is placing their child for adoption, please keep us in mind. We would love another shot at having the family we desire.
